1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and account actions.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

gmi99 is legally required to verify the identity of all users. You must complete the KYC verification process by submitting clear copies or scans of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of residential address (dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent account closure. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with legal obligations or internal security protocols.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account with gmi99. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple accounts registered under the same name, address, payment method, device, IP address, or other identifying information, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, confiscate balances, and permanently ban the user from the platform.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Processing Times

3.3 Withdrawal Requirements

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

gmi99 may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and withdrawal restrictions. Failure to meet wagering requirements or violation of bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. 5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error admitted by gmi99. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirmation. gmi99 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious errors in odds, incorrect event information, technical glitches, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a voided bet, stakes are returned to the user's account balance.

5.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body or league. Settlement rules for specific bet types (e.g., Asian handicap, over/under, correct score) are defined in our sports betting rules available on the platform. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, settlement rules vary by sport and bet type. In general, pre-match bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned, while live bets may be settled based on the score at the time of abandonment.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

6.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gmi99 customer support via email or live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting any applicable withdrawal fees or pending wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened without contacting support and completing additional verification procedures.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gambling or believe you may have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months) or permanently. 6.3 Involuntary Account Suspension or Closure

In cases of account closure due to terms violations, gmi99 reserves the right to confiscate account balances and void outstanding bets.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the gmi99 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of gmi99 or our licensed partners and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from gmi99.

8. Limitation of Liability

gmi99 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of deposits, technical failures, service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, gmi99's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation of liability applies even if gmi99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and gmi99 customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration procedures. You agree to waive any right to pursue class-action litigation against gmi99.

10. Amendments to Terms

gmi99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to users via email, platform notification, or prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
